This combo session is one you’re really going to love! I first met this family when I photographed their little guy’s newborn session, so when he came out of the car for their family photos I was surprised by how big he had grown! Such a cute little dude!!
Micah told me via email how they were supposed to have a wedding during Covid times, but that it was cancelled. They instead eloped privately at the West End Overlook, and she had since then dreamed about having real ‘wedding pictures’ to capture that time in their lives. We worked together to make this dream a reality through their wedding photo session and coupled it with family photos. It worked great!
We first met at West End Overlook, where they were dressed in their wedding gear and ready to make it ‘official’. I suppose ‘re-shoot’ is a poor name for this kind fo session. Perhaps it’s more “IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED!”
We photographed some wedding photos at the West End Overlook and took advantage of the beautiful spring scenery.
After the wedding photos at West End Overlook, we drove down the hill to Station Square and did a mini family session in different ‘family’ outfits. We were able to get some great skyline photos, fun pictures with their little guy, and lots of spring flowers. All of the scenery was perfect for family photos – something that I don’t often photograph in the city, but loved how all of these turned out!
Looking for wedding photos that never happened? Let’s make them real! Reach out!
