Yep! This makes it a great venue for an all-in-one location! Brides can get ready in the spacious upstairs bridal suite, which has a lot of space for the bridesmaids and their belongings. As a wedding photographer – I love the balcony area where the bride can take advantage of the room’s natural light and large mirrors. This is also the space where I photograph the details for the bride!

Abby and Tim hosted their wedding ceremony in the ballroom space, where they had a pretty arch setup and lots of chairs for guests to all have a great view. The ceremony was short and sweet, and then guests went to cocktail hour on the opposite side of the building while the ballroom was ‘flipped’ for the reception. Twelve Oaks Mansion offers a great indoor wedding ceremony option, because the room is light and bright and there is plenty of space for everyone to be seated comfortably!

Swerve of topic, but I wanted to include this! They have a HUGE PARKING LOT! Guests don’t need to worry about where to park and it’s all free. This makes is SUPER easy for everyone!
Where is the reception at Twelve Oaks Mansion?
The main ballroom is where receptions take place at Twelve Oaks Mansion. This space features chandeliers, large windows, and neutral décor, making it easy to customize with your wedding colors and theme. The ballroom can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. For Abby and Tim’s wedding, the space was open into the middle / bar section so there was room for both lots of tables AND a large dance floor. I really liked that this space didn’t feel crowded, the DJ was actively involved near the dance floor, and there was a HUGE bar in the back of the ballroom for guests to visit with friends and grab a drink.
Can I do a sparkler exit at Twelve Oaks Mansion?
Yeah! Leigh organized this really well for Abby and Tim, and at the end of the wedding reception all of the guests gathered outside for a fun, celebratory sparkler exit!
