Jayme and Sean’s wedding at The Audrey in Canonsburg was a stunning example of modern, editorial-inspired design. Jayme envisioned a chic, city-vibe celebration, and The Audrey’s sophisticated, neutral aesthetic couldn’t have been a more perfect match. Their black-and-white palette, clean lines, and elegant details transformed the space into a stylish, contemporary dream.

A Modern Bride With a Chic Vision

Jayme got ready with her closest friends and family, keeping the morning relaxed, joyful, and full of excitement. She wore a gorgeous gown from One White Lane Bridal Boutique — a perfect blend of modern structure and classic elegance. Her beauty team brought her entire look together: hair by Brandy Reed and flawless makeup by Alexis Vince, creating that fresh, polished finish that photographed beautifully all day long.

Her jewelry from Diamonds Direct added the perfect hint of sparkle, elevating her overall look without ever distracting from the clean, editorial vibe she was aiming for.

Lush Florals & Clean Design

The floral designs by Export Floral embraced Jayme’s desire for a non-seasonal, city-inspired look — white florals, fresh greens, and plenty of texture without leaning into traditional fall colors. It fit the black-and-white theme beautifully and complemented The Audrey’s architecture and natural light.

Their stationery by Blu Rose Designs tied everything together in a cohesive, stylish suite with simple typography and modern accents.

A Venue Made for Chic, Editorial Weddings

If you’re searching for wedding venues in the South Hills, or considering Southpointe wedding venues, it’s easy to see why couples love The Audrey in Canonsburg. With its dramatic windows, clean walls, and flexible space, it’s perfect for couples who want an elegant, contemporary look.

Jayme and Sean’s reception design felt timeless and refined — minimalistic but full of thoughtful, personal touches. They had a memory table to honor loved ones, and brought all of their cute nieces and nephews into the wedding day. I loved all of the kids around!

Portraits With a City Feel

Even though we were outside the downtown Pittsburgh skyline, we created portraits that matched the urban aesthetic Jayme loved. Jayme told me multiple times that she loved some staircases, so I was determined to find her some stone Pittsburgh stairs that really photographed well. The back of the courthouse worked so well! Loved it there!

The Audrey’s modern architecture and neutral tones allowed us to create images with that classic, city-vibe energy she envisioned once we arrived at the venue – added bonus! – without needing a city backdrop. Jayme absolutely nailed the modern bride look, and Sean looked incredibly sharp in his tuxedo from Top Hat Tuxedo.

A Reception Full of Energy

Once the reception began, the energy never slowed down. DJ Bryan Hoover kept the dance floor packed all night — the perfect soundtrack for a couple who truly wanted their guests to celebrate and have a great time. I knew her DJ would be bomb, because her brother-in-law is DJ Jammin Jason and he hooked her up with a great party, while he also enjoyed the fun. Nailed it!

And Pittsburgh wedding guests know what’s coming next…
The cookie table.

But this wasn’t just a cookie table — it was a cookie table room. A full space overflowing with homemade treats, classic favorites, and beautiful displays. Guests were absolutely delighted, and it became one of the most talked-about parts of the night. The Audrey has the space you need if you really want an entire room dedicated to your wedding day sweets 🙂

Their catering by Monteverde Catering was outstanding (I actually LOVED the green beans of all things!), and transportation by Elite Limo kept the day running smoothly from start to finish. The evening was coordinated flawlessly thanks to planner Zac Steele, whose guidance and attention to detail helped bring Jayme’s modern vision to life. Nice job, Zac!

A Stylish Celebration at The Audrey

Jayme and Sean’s wedding was the perfect example of how The Audrey at Southpointe weddings can feel chic, elevated, modern, and completely unique to each couple. From the fashion-forward black-and-white palette to the energetic dance floor and unforgettable cookie room, the entire day reflected who they are — stylish, fun, and full of joy.

If you’re planning a wedding in the South Hills, Southpointe, or Canonsburg, The Audrey offers a contemporary backdrop that can be transformed into anything you dream. Jayme and Sean’s wedding proves just how incredible that canvas can be.
